Where do I find my company number?
Ireland: your CRO number is on your certificate of incorporation and searchable at core.cro.ie. UK: your Companies House number is on your certificate or at find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk.
I'm a sole trader and don't have a registered company number.
DEALT verifies registered companies in Ireland and the UK against the official registers, so posting currently needs a company number. We don't support unregistered businesses yet. Send a ticket under General and we'll let you know if that changes.
It says my company is already registered to another account.
Each company can be claimed by one account. If you believe another account has wrongly claimed your company, submit a Claim dispute below with your company number. We verify ownership and resolve it.
My verification found matches in multiple registries.
Submit a Verification ticket with your company number and country. We resolve these manually.
My listing or trading name is held for review.
Holds are reviewed within 1 business day. If you're the employer, the fastest route is the contest form inside the DEALT app.
How does billing work?
Manage your subscription where you purchased it: web subscriptions from the billing page in your employer dashboard, iOS subscriptions through your Apple account. The Founding offer is a one-time purchase. For receipts, refunds, or anything unclear, submit a Billing ticket.
How does DEALT keep listings trustworthy?
Companies are verified against official registers and display their verified legal name. DEALT is designed to keep bots out. If something looks wrong, submit a Report ticket and we'll review it.
